Why is the Test Done?
Short for Ovarian Malignancy risk Algorithm, this score assesses the risk of detecting ovarian cancer in women who present with a mass in or around the uterus, ovaries and fallopian tubes. It includes CA124, HE4 and menopausal status of the patient to label the patient as high risk or low risk.
