Under the supervision of a specifically designated quality manager, the laboratory follows very stringent and strict quality control system. Every procedure and instrument is only run daily after the system has been validated by internal quality control check. The internal quality control is run as per a set protocol and the values mentioned on the graph. The acceptance of values depends on the principles of Westguard. A special software is used to maintain strict and highly accurate performance levels of the instrument and the kit. The laboratory participates in many External Quality Control programs. External quality control programs have placed Lifeline Laboratory at an international and global level.
